How do I recharge a mobile number?
Open Recharge, select the operator details, enter the amount, apply any available promo code, and submit the payment using wallet or QR checkout.
Where can I see my transaction status?
Use the Transactions page from your account menu. It shows recent recharge, bill payment and wallet activity with status and receipt links where available.
How do I add money to my wallet?
Open Add Money from Payment or Wallet, choose QR Payment for instant checkout or Manual Request after a bank transfer.
What should I do if payment is debited but service is pending?
Keep the transaction ID handy and contact support. Pending payments are checked with the payment partner and updated after confirmation.
Can I download a payment receipt?
Yes. Open the Payment report or transaction details and use the Receipt option for completed wallet or payment records.
How are refunds handled?
Eligible failed or reversed transactions are processed as per the Refund Policy. The amount may be credited back to wallet or original payment source depending on the transaction type.
